Job Description:
As a Procurement Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our procurement team in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our procurement processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting factory searches to identify potential suppliers.
- Support in factory due diligence efforts to evaluate supplier capabilities.
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers to ensure efficient procurement operations.
- Assist in tracking and following up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on procurement status.
- Participate in quality control processes to uphold product quality standards.
- Aid in the preparation and coordination of shipping logistics.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- A motivated and proactive attitude towards assisting in procurement tasks.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- General understanding of trade and purchasing processes is a plus.
