Job Description:
The Procurement Manager will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating all procurement-related tasks for our projects. This role involves working independently and collaboratively to ensure the successful execution of procurement activities. Key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct factory searches to identify potential suppliers.
- Perform factory due diligence to assess supplier capabilities and compliance.
- Manage approval procedures for supplier selection and contracts.
- Place orders with selected suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with suppliers throughout the procurement process.
- Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on procurement status.
- Oversee quality control processes to maintain product quality.
- Prepare and coordinate shipping logistics, including documentation and coordination with logistics partners.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Motivated and proactive attitude towards achieving procurement goals.
- Honest and ethical working attitude.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Good understanding of trade and purchasing processes.
